1. The service
GeoToolkit AI runs AI-visibility checks on websites. Mention test results are generated by language models and are indicative, not guaranteed or deterministic.
2. Acceptable use
Don't: run high-volume automated checks against domains you have no legitimate interest in, scrape or republish our reports, or misrepresent white-labeled reports as containing data they don't.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Plans & limits
Plans are subject to the limits shown on our pricing page. Free check results may be cached up to 24 hours.
5. Payment & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Creem (Merchant of Record). You can cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period and we don't charge again. For our 7-day first-month refund, see the Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the domains and prompts you submit. We generate the reports; report structure and scoring are ours.
7. Trademarks
ChatGPT and GPTBot (OpenAI), Claude and ClaudeBot (Anthropic), Perplexity, and Gemini and Google-Extended (Google) are trademarks of their respective owners. GeoToolkit AI is an independent tool, not affiliated with any of them. llms.txt is a community-proposed specification, not an official web standard.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Reports are a readiness audit, not a guarantee of AI citations.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
