Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and a hashed password (we never store your password in readable form).
- Check data — the domains you submit, the reports we generate, and on paid plans your custom mention-test prompts.
- Technical data — IP addresses for rate limiting (kept 30 days), server logs, and analytics data if you consent to analytics cookies.
Public reports
Free checks generate a report at a public, unlisted link. Anyone with the link can view it. Don't run a check on a domain if you don't want that report to exist.
What we never collect
Card numbers — payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site (login session, security). With your consent, we also load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand usage. Decline and the site works fully — only the two analytics scripts stay unloaded. Essential cookies: session and Cloudflare security cookies. Analytics cookies (consent-only): _ga, _ga_*, _clck, _clsk.
Third parties
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and bot protection.
- Creem — payment processing as Merchant of Record (email, card, billing details).
- DeepSeek — language-model API used for mention testing.
- Resend — transactional email (verification, weekly reports).
- Google Analytics 4 & Microsoft Clarity — analytics, only after consent.
AI processing
To test AI mentions, we send the domain or brand name you submit — and your custom prompts on paid plans — to a third-party language-model API. This does not include your account email or password.
Retention
Reports are kept per plan (7 days free, 90 days Starter, 365 days Pro). Server logs: 30 days. Accounts: until you delete them.
Your rights
You can request access, export, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@geotoolkitai.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in California or the EEA, this covers your statutory access, correction, and deletion rights.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
